May 19, 2002, Pacific City, Oregon—Dennis, Maria, Robyn, and Carol atop the dune summit at Pacific City. Joe and Jared also hoofed it to the top; not sure where they were hiding when this shot was taken. This jaunt up the dune took place on the last day of our stay at Pacific City, and given our time constraints we had to hightail it back to the beach house to check out even close to on time. Absolutely worth the trip up the hill, though.
