June 30, 2001, Los Altos, California—We all had a whale of a good time playing at the park during this nice sunny day, but perhaps none more so than Jared. He seemed to particularly enjoy the yellow slide seen in the background, though he had to be coaxed and prompted on occasion into letting others use it as well. (When I was 21 months old, I'll bet I thought I was king of the world too.)
